They do not at this time. I contacted them last week to get a 3rd pair swapped. They told me they lost their cleat swapper and they are trying to catch up on orders. If I understood it correctly, it sounded like they passed away.

 

I tried to find another sole swap vendor, but I haven't had a ton of luck.

I'm with you 100%. Nothing I've found looks as good as what GOVRN was doing. I have found places that advertise doing shoes, but nothing specifically for cleats/spikes.

I swapped mine my self with out messing up the patent leather. You just have to go slow. It sucks but you cant rush it. hairdryer acetone and patience.

Another option is to check out plstarn. He is in Canada but is doing golf conversions on all the Jordan football cleats. He doesn't do a sole swap though he grinds down the football spikes then drills in the golf spike for a very factory finish look. My only flaw would be on how comfortable they will be compared to saw a lunar vapor or lunar control golf lower. I have no idea on price but doesn't seem to be as involved as the full sole swap is.

I don't think comfort would be too big on an issue since the Jordan football cleats are also Lunarlon bottoms. My only concern with this route would be grip and how he grinds everything down. You'd think with just 7 golf cleats and a smooth plastic bottom that you might slide more? I don't know, just random thoughts. Good idea for a cheaper alternative though.

I looked at the angles on GP. They show this one but also show other angles where it is a dark navy color and not Tarheel color so I don’t know what’s correct.

Its a 3M/reflective patch. The carolina blue is the way it appears when light is reflecting off of it.

Okay that is actually incredible from a design standpoint.

 

Someone had a great idea to use 3M tape to reinforce an area of great wear in a golfers shoe.

 

Then they take it a step further and make it literally reflect an homage to the legacy of the shoe's namesake in a subtle way.

 

I hope the individual/team responsible for that tidbit got recognition and/or bonus, to me that is just an awesome touch.

So does it show dark or light blue during the round. Does it only reflect at night when light is on it? I ask because I am obviously clueless
