Callaway XR Pro - 14*- "like new" - $57

I got the 16* from CPO on ebay. Looks brand new, sole is completely shiny and without any marks. Only minor issue is a small mark on the back of the head from shipping or something else. Otherwise perfect. Hitting the range after work.

 

Right, same thing with mine, on the back seam, and the damn thing came in a bag and that was it, but yeah the headcover was separate in a new pkg. Why not put the f'n head cover on.

 

Mine is at the seam on the back, very small and not visible from address.

 

Mine's actually on the crown towards the back. Like something nicked it at some point. Can't complain though, but I probably should clarify I think the mark likely came more from handling and storage than from shipping itself.

Hit the range with my 16* last night, I like it. I've been trying out various fairways this spring trying to see if there's anything that can supplant the 5Deep, and so far this might be the leader. Likely going to send it out on the proving grounds for a round this weekend, if the weather holds.

Got mine. Can tell it's used - not definitely not abused. Similar to many of the clubs posted on here. Taken care of with some ball marks on the face.

Just came home to mine on my porch. There is one tiny mark on the top of the head but other than that it looks brand new.

Got my 14* today still in the bag. New headcover in separate bag. Mine doesn't look as if it's ever been hit. $57 shipped, cannot beat that.

Has anyone got the XR Pro driver? I got the 3 wood and like the smaller head compared to my old 3.

Mine arrives with a scratched up crown and a couple chips out of it. I'll contact CPO and I'm confident they'll make it right. Thanks again, OP.

 

Just an update. Called CGPO and within three minutes of dialing the number I have a replacement headed out my way and a prepaid return label for the one I received. This is typical of my experience with CGPO. I will update when the new one arrives.

 

Okay, just wanted to update as promised. I just got back in town from travel and my replacement XR Pro 14* was waiting for me at the office. Not still in plastic, but I can't find a mark on it. Once again, CPO comes through in spades for me. As someone who is completely fine with playing a year or two behind in technology, I figure I'll be a CPO customer for a long time.

Everytime I see this thread bumped I cry a little inside. They wanted $30 for shipping to Alaska, so unfortunately I didn't purchase one

Well crap. Working 12 hour night shifts the next 3 weeks so I can't play much at all. Might as well just spend money on clubs and look at them.

I chanced it and grabbed the 14* in the x flex for $10 more and described in lower condition of "very good". Received my club last week and it was in damn near mint condition. It did not come in plastic but there were no scratches that I could I identify anywhere.

 

Kudos to CPO. I will use them again.

Look them up on ebay. Not quite as good a deal but more options. That's how I got a 16*.
