Yes, there is no substitute for God-given skills, but those of us not so blessed can make strives still.

An, of course, todays equipment can make a difference if you have developed "your" swing to go with that fine equipment.

GolfWRX is highly informative, incrediably detailed in equipment reviews, full of tips, techniques, and sometimes laughs! my go to suorce when i need information, or when my swing gets real funky (funkier then it usually is!!) and I need to see some members that are sharing the same malady and their suggested fixes in this great game. Articles and insight to PGA/LPGA golfers and the things they go through. GolfWRX rocks!

I work at a golf course, and I get daily questions about different technologies, rumours and gossip that others hear through golf channel or their buddies. This Website gives me some seriously detailed information about almost any topic that people can come up with. The odd time a member comes in with a question I can't answer, I usually end up on this site to come up with an informed response.

 

On a personal level, I'm a club junkie, I don't have the guts, or funds to properly Ho or customize like I want to, but being able to live vicariously through others tinkering, and to chime in when I do have information, it makes me feel like I'm a helpful part of a community, all of us oriented towards making Golf a more enjoyable and interesting experience. I"m finally at a point in my life where I can look at upgrading and getting fit for irons, so I've been doing some light reading on shafts and figuring out what I want with my next set.
