Off plane, pulling it inside quickly.

Coming over the top on my swing too much. I've been trying to have my hips clear and changing the path of my hands during my downswing. Slowly getting there but still all over the place at times.

I always use too much hand (grip)... bad habit.... playing too much screen golf in Korea when I was working there. I just try to slow down my tempo but it's hard when it's 100 degrees and you are sweating like crazy. I hope this can help me!

Rules for the giveaway

 

We randomize all the number of posts and the #1 number on the top is the winner. Say there is 1,000 replies from members. We will randomize 1 to 1,000 using a website that has a randomizer. It scrambles the numbers and the #1 is the first place and the #2 is the second etc. If the winner has duplicate entries we count the first.

 

I take the club back too far inside so I tend to get stuck.

1. What is your biggest swing issue? I tend to dip my right shoulder causing to swing from the inside out on the downswing usually resulting in a hook. I sometimes feel like I cast the club as well

2. What are you doing to try to fix it? Andrew Rice has a great drill that I work on and it really seems to help. I also work on alignment as often as possible.

1 - My biggest issue is exactly what he's demonstrating in the video, I let the club head drop under the plane line, then I need to recover from there which causes all sorts of other issues.

 

2 - I just try to monitor this but it's nearly impossible without having somebody else watching me. I do a lot of slow motion drills to try to groove it but, like the time I spend on the range, it's difficult without feedback.
