Video Analysis questions

Hi guys....i was hoping you can help me out here....how much are you guys paying for video swing analysis?

 

My local pro here uses JC Video with a front and down the line camera.....charges me about 100 bucks...have no idea if i'm getting ripped off.

 

Also what are the key angles I should be looking for....he kept emphasizing the 90 degree spine / club shaft angle....but it makes the lie of my club way too upright.

Not sure about that spine/shaft angle thing, but everyone has their theories. I pay $120 an hour in Chicago and my pro is using the same software and the same two angles. There really isn't another angle that's going to tell you a great deal of additional information about your swing, especially if you aren't a plus handicap.

 

If you can see your swing on the screen just fine, and you can compare your swing to tour pros in the same view, then there really isn't much more you can gain from another software program. In the end, a good swing instructor isn't about what software they are using anyway.

IMO, One analysis isn't going to do squat. At my range, video is included in the lesson, at $45 for a half hour.
