Wayland CC inner Club

Anyone happen be a in a inner club? I was looking at wayland CC inner club and wanted some insight on it. Or I was thinking of doing a season pass at Fresh Pond since it is a course I can play before and after work.

If you're interested in "competitive" amateur rounds, check out BAGS, they will play at a number of different courses, include some private courses. I haven't tried it yet, but was considering joining in 2017.

I couldn't handle playing Wayland CC every weekend, not my favorite course.

I would agree but location / money is key. Wayland is a nice walkable course so would save money there. I can also always build my handicap at other courses and play the friendly tournaments once a month.

I couldn't handle playing Wayland CC every weekend, not my favorite course.

I would agree but location / money is key. Wayland is a nice walkable course so would save money there. I can also always build my handicap at other courses and play the friendly tournaments once a month.

I play Wayland most Sunday mornings during the season but don't belong to the inner club. It's not a great course but you can't beat the price for 18 on the weekend. It's also usually in very good condition. With the small greens and thick rough, it's a decent test. The inner club has a couple of events each month it seems if that interests you.

I plan to join the inner club. For $100 and pay per a round seems like a fun way to spend some morning weekends and get an official GHIN hanicap. Wayland conditions I always enjoy and it is a nice flat course for walking.

I joined the inner club and have my first tournament event this weekend. I have never played one before and I am excited. They have me at a 17.4 index so I will get 18 strokes. Hopefully I can shoot sub 90 and that will be respectable for myself.
