Anyone else kinda excited for the new Call of Duty?

Boots on the ground, traditional combat and the likelihood of being a World War II game.

Haven't seen much about it. Really havent cared to much for the recent CODs. I hope you're right that it will be WW2 related. Still cant get over MW2. Still play that game and consider it the GOAT

Excited...naw. Interested...definitely. The past 3 have gotten really dull and boring. Honestly if they remastered mw2 I'd probably be happy rather than them coming out with a new game lol.

I always felt it had too many broken aspects, but I spent probably the 3rd most time on it (behind Blops1 and Blops2).

I hated too that was the beginning of the quick scoping pandemic. Just ruins the game in my opinion, I think the sniping in BO1 or MW1 were probably the best. Liked it the most in BO1 where if you were moving at all the shots were random, which makes it more sniper appropriate.

I'll be interested to see how the new CoD is received. We've been so used to 1,000 customization and gun options and fast action, if they don't make it somewhat comparable (I'm thinking possibly more small maps could help it), I think people will get mad. I'll like to see what they do, because honestly I got pretty bored with BF1 just because all the guns felt the same within a class for the most part.

I might be by myself on this one but I hate how there is so many different attachment stuff on the guns and what not. It gets so confusing on what to unlock and what not. The simpler the better but that's just my two cents

MW2 was so much fun. No CoD has been able to match the level of entertainment that game brought. The maps were awesome, great weapons. Such a great game. It's a shame it was hacked to sh!t, otherwise I would still play it.

I agree. MW2 was a freaking blast! I think that with a World War II game though, and done properly, Call of Duty could find its way back onto the map as the dominant FPS in the game.

Also too, it has been leaked by the guy who has predicted the last three Call of Duty games, Shinobi he goes by, that the game will be in the World War II era. All signs point to the right direction.

My favorite thing they did was get rid of stopping power after this game. It was such a stupid perk. Like you had to use it almost or you were always at a disadvantage. Happy they got rid of it and it opened up a wide variety of perk options.

I do remember playing with some buddies at a LAN and we kept getting care package glitched and we said "we're better at the game than these kids are, I bet we can cheat better than they can". And we got on Youtube, looked it up, and had 6 guys running with carepackage, sentry gun, and emergency airdrop and just decimated everyone for hours.

I do hope they remaster the game, but take out OMA. That is what broke the game.
