Northern VA Driving Range

What happened to number of driving ranges in the area? It looks like all we have left now are Top Golf and Golf Course ranges which closes at night. Any suggestions?

Oak Marr is open until 8 pm. Virginia Golf Center is open until either 9 or 10pm, depending on the day.

Top golf is great if you are going with friends to have a good time. I wouldn't like it if I were trying to really improve.

That's not a bad choice. I'm in alexandria so it's closer to me than the Oak Marr or VGC.

Thanks for this recommendation. I was nearby and hit up the VGC. It's a nice facility not crowded. Also the practice chipping/putting green and par 3 course is money.

Quick question: Is it just me or do the range balls at VGC fly lower than others? It felt like i was hitting most of my shots couple of notches lower

1757 keeps decent hours if you don't mind venturing out to Loudon County. I live in Tysons and it takes me the same time to get to 1757 as it does to get to Oak Marr during rush hour traffic.

4 Seasons seems to be oft-overlooked. Braddock Rd at Shirley Gate, just west of GMU.

I've been hitting up Burke Lake and the new range is very nice. Also not too crowded in the evening hours
