Great idea but... Spyglass does not offer any sort of twilight golf.  Maybe try Pacific Grove Muni?  Issue there would be the back nine is what you would want to see, and they don't offer a 9 hole rate to play just that late in the day.  They do at dawn, if you can make that work.  It's linksy and good fun.

Highly recommended. Room is great and the service is exceptional. They have a pre-dinner cocktail setup as well as a post-dinner setup. With the smaller number of guests all the staff know us by name.
