Why is it that they never give us address pics? To me, what it looks like at address is more important than anything. Quite frankly, I could care less what the bottom looks like because if it doesn't look good at set-up and address, it's got no shot at gettin' in the bag.

Wait no more to get your hands on an r7 425, Edwin Watts has them up for pre-sale on their website, with a delivery date of Decembe 11th. Nothing new really in terms of info about the driver.

I give you props for these pics, but personally I could go on with the rest of my life never using a TM product.

 

They can continue to pump out the same driver for years to come and i will continue to.. not buy it.

I browsed on golfsmtih.com, and they already put both the normal and TP version on the list. The normal price tag at $399, the TP tag at $799 :help:

 

Save salary for the next 3 months to get it.......

There was also somehwre in the BST here selling a R7425 head only with no serials. I and another member asked for the source and why he claimed it was a proto. I don't know if he/she has replied but I'd proceed with some caution.

We got 2 of them in at the sporting goods store I work at today, but we can;t put them out for people to buy until friday. Both regular, no TP's. A couple of us tried them on the simulator. He hit a low hook every time and I had to make an effort not to hit a draw. The face is a little too closed for me. Maybe the TP will be better

Some shops already have the R7 425's in stock but they are not suppose to sell or ship them out until November 9th.

 

In any case, $269 is too good to be true!!!

heard that they pushed back the release date for the TP due to the epoxy they used to shaft them with, from what i had heard they'd be out right now but the epoxy they used were causing shafts to crack so they re-called them from their major accounts that had already had them. that sucks because everyone could have had santa dump one on their doorsteps!!!

Thats true, I am not sure if it was the epoxy or tip prepping, tip trimming or what exactly it was. I had heard TM wasnt sure which batches it was so they recalled all of them. Be careful, sometimes stores wont send them back because they want to have clubs to sell. But buyer beware. As far as I know Every 425 should be sent back from stores and they will rerelease them on the 16th I believe. So dont listen to "we are the only ones with them on hand" G

A friend told me this is a LOW LAUNCH low spin head which I found kinda wierd seeing that everyone seems to be coming out with a HIGH launch low spin head.
