Looking for a new golf trip location

We have been joining a group at Devils Head every year for a weekend long golf binge the last few years.

Looking to change it up next year as we have a group that would like to go somewhere else. Devils Head was great since it was under $400 for the weekend including dinners, but the courses aren’t great.

Anywhere within about 4 hours of Chicago that has multiple courses in one location.

You could have a great weekend in a indianapolis with three rounds of golf. Maybe Bear Slide, Trophy Club and the Fort for under $200 in greens fees. Dual occupancy hotels shouldn’t be more than $75 a man a night, depending on how many frills you need.

Eagle Ridge in Galena is a great facility with 3 courses plus a fun 9 hole course.You're also close to some great restaurants and bars in downtown Galena and casino gaming isn't far away, either.

Depends on how big your group is, but Lawsonia has several properties for rent on site for the weekend that are very reasonable and all you call golf deals. And, most of all, tremendous golf...

nothing wrong with Gull Lake near Kalamazoo.

Have been to Eagle Ridge and probably a little too pricey for the group.
