With no football prognositcation, i have been pretty silent, but I did have an A-ha moment last night I would like to share.

 

Over the years, I have treated myself to certain "man" things. Realize, i have about 6 tools in the house and they are all the same sized phillips head screw drivers, but every once in a while I do some retail therapy for those things that matter. For example, I have an excellent lawn mower, and last year I purchased an excellent snow blower. These purchases were to improve my experience whilst riding around in the grass or clearing off the driveway.

 

As I was following my snow blower last night, intently watching snow magically thrown from the ground to a better spot 15' away I realized something.

 

After 5 minutes, it doesn't matter what I spent on these items to improve my experience, it just sucks. I bought the American dream, and I am not proud of myself, but if I can help another, I want to.

Sounds good to me as I'm travelling to Scottsdale tomorrow, and I don't know how much internet time I'll have this weekend. Will be able to scour the board for some good props throughout the week though

That picture is so staged. I have never, ever, blown snow and not had wind blow it right back at me. It doesn't matter if I am blowing it across, down, or up, wind. I am covered in snow by the end of it.

That is a lot more like it in MT. In Denver, when it snows a foot then the next day its 60 degrees and sunny, that's the first picture. Perfect snow, bluebird day, and a happy mature man in jeans. In MT you put on the snowpants to snowblow so you don't get wet. And don't think we all didn't know that a guy in NC has never run a snowblower. My buddies in NC tell me the whole triangle shuts down when you get an inch of snow. Of course, I think i would take a foot of snow over the hurricanes and pig poop being washed all over creation. But maybe i am wrong.

I've never attended a Super Bowl nor any of it's festivities before. This year, with it being in my city, I plan to go downtown on Saturday/Sunday and be a part of the chaos! The weather calls for rain both Saturday and Sunday. I hear the Benz will have its roof closed. I doubt thats what Arthur had in mind when he built this billion dollar facility.

 

Until they prove me wrong, give me the goat(s) and ill gladly give up the points! NE -2.5

First off, if I had to watch women dressed like this, I can think of about 1000 activities I would rather see than football. Before you go into the gutter here, those would include watching toenails dry or tai chi. and definitely walking behind my snowblower fully clothed. I haven't seen the prop bets so I will wait for the actual 0-4 prognostication as I try to convince myself I am better at this game than I truly am.
