The new Bushnell is a must buy for me!

Man was wishing they would finally get rid of the old a** CR2 battery, I spend about 30 bucks to those every season..

 

And no stabilization, why?

I bought one of those CR2 rechargeable batteries for like 5 bucks from China and it has actually worked pretty well. One of my buddies have been buying them from Alibaba for like a 1.50 a piece and they are also done the job. I think as well like battery junction has durcell's for like 2 bucks a piece if you need a name brand.

 

In terms of the bushnell, I would like to see two things from them. 1) stabilization 2) Hybrid with slope

Remember the old dog toy where you had a tennis ball in a long curved stick and it whipped the ball a long distance for the dog to chase? The fling stick is kinda like that. It's not golf except that people fling the golf ball around the golf course

Check out Amazon for the CR2 batteries. WAY cheaper than buying them some place like Walgreens. You can get a 6-pack of Duracell for $20.

Gotta wonder how strong the magnet is in that Bushnell. Love the idea but I bought one of those Monument Golf covers and the magnet seemed pretty strong but my range finder hopped off the cart after going over some bumpy cart path. After that, I stopped using it since I figured they wouldn't pay to replace my rangefinder and I wonder if Bushnell is going to offer some sort of replacement warranty if the magnet fails and the unit pops off the cart tumbling down the cart path.

I bought this and it is AWESOME. I have gone over some bumpy cart paths and probably a few other places that I shouldn't have been and have never had a issue.

No stabilization so you don't have to spend 60 bucks on batteries, only 30.
