anyone notice Tag's entry into the golf watch space? just a measly $1850!

i watched the brief youtube video and although it's interesting... how good can the golf functionality be coming from Tag Heuer...

It definitely caught my eye....and that's about where it stopped. I've tried quite a few different apps and keep going back to The Grint. I'll give the Tag app a try to see if i like it any better, but I think I'm about to the point where I'll offer The Grint my $20 a year.

ive got a few friends that use grint. ive got the garmin s60 and have been using it for about a year and works fine for my needs.

but its been awhile since ive worn my tag watch but hard to imagine them being very competitive in this space.

I use the Grint also third year on an apple watch with a rangefinder on side

Just got an Apple Watch 4 so decided to try the Tag app. It's a bit confusing how it interacts with the iPhone but seems to do the job. Given all the technology in the Apple Watch I expected it to be far superior to standard golf gps watches like Garmin but thus far I'm not impressed.
