Just played a tough man after not swinging a club for 5 weeks. Swang the 300 yard impact on and off, the front 9 was ugly without a range warm up but I stripped it better than I have in a couple years on the back 9. 

 

This thing will certainly get you squaring the club up at impact which allows you to get looser/whippier and start hitting it much further.

 

Too bad it didn't work for chipping or putting 😕

I lost some motivation to use this aid consistently, but I'm back to it and going to commit to using it at least a couple nights a week until the snow is gone here in MN.

 

One thing I've been incorporating into some of the reps is the "step drill" sequencing drill. After I get lined up with the wall, I bring my lead foot closer to my back foot, then I use the step drill for the "backswing." I feel like this helps me feel a solid pivot/pressure shift. I don't think this is necessary to do with the device, but I don't see any harm in incorporating it? Especially if keeping the focus on completely flushing the pad.

resurrecting as i have been having issues squaring my face with driver when i come inside. Haven't touched this aim in years but it shows how much my swing has improved over time. I can clear my lead side and make flush contact with the wall. Before is was either hip or forearm first. Hopefully getting a feeling from this aid will help with the subtle things I need to do.
