The club I belong to has pin flags around the entire dining room area. No one was able to identify this one.

Anytime, Peachtree was developed by Bobby Jones and designed by Robert Trent Jones. After he developed Augusta National, he wanted to make a similar club closer to his hometown of Atlanta. I've heard the club is as good as ANGC, pristine conditions and very exclusive. Definitely a cool flag to have around.

I'm glad you mentioned about the resemblance to ANGC. I looked up photos of Peachtree immediately after I saw your initial post. Both are highly reflective of each other.

Peachtree, like ANGC, is a golf club. Not a country club. No tennis, pool, limited dining, etc. And very little hanging out after a round.

 

Rumor has it that Bobby Jones walked off the course at East Lake mid-round after standing/waiting in the (now) 14th fairway (downhill par 5 before the island green par 3) for what he thought was too long and decided then that he'd build his own golf club in Atlanta where you could get around at a decent pace.
