Nicer Public Tracks Lincoln/Omaha Area?

Hey guys (& gals?). My A-number-1 golfing buddy just moved from Chicago to Denver and we're starting to sort out how/where we can meet up for some golf a few times a year. A quick glance at the map tells me that the Lincoln/Omaha area is just about halfway between us, so I'm wondering what kind of nice public courses are in the area if we met up there for a 2-3 day stretch.

 

To help guide input, we'd be looking for great conditioning, fun/interesting hole layouts, 6400-6800 yards with slopes between 128-138. Cost-wise, we'd prefer to stay under $80, but will go over if a course is worth it. For anyone familiar with Chicago golf, we generally enjoy courses like Bowes Creek, Highlands of Elgin, Arrowhead, Seven Bridges, Mistwood, Thunderhawk and Cantigny among others. *Most* are in the $60-$80 range and offer exceptional value for public tracks.

I figured that out only after searching for it. You gotta admit that it looks like a course name the way it was listed with the others.
