getting to take a look next week

Saw my Adams Rep yesterday and he said he will have some new stuff to take a look at next week. Any one have any idea what that is? I will try to get some spy pics to put up.

I have been told nothing new until the spring but I would assume that they have a new driver and fairway woods as they have netted down the prices of the Insight line considerably.

 

If you saw him today what did you think of that A3 OS stuff, I thought it was nasty. I saw our Callaway rep today and it looks like the Hi-Bore iron has started a new market that throws aesthetics to the wayside.

Its new Driver and Fairways to platform the a3/a3os...I would think Adams is the leader in Hybrid Iron sets with Cleveland trying to follow along.

They are coming out with a square driver and possibly a new 3 wood and new tour square hybrid. I live in Dallas and I have been to several adams consumer tests. the square driver is very nice. It follows the a3 square hybrid in looks. Image expanding it into a driver and there you have it.

thanks guys ill post some pics when i get them....and yes the hyrbrid iron market is growing exponetialy(sp) at least at my store it is bringing alot of players back in the game and keeping the old farts playing longer and enjoying the game more..

I know they have a new hybrid, its a cross between the idea pro model and the newer boxer model. I have had one for about 6 weeks and it is nice !!! Supposed to be some new irons , similar to the idea pros and A tours, also some new wedges slated for the spring.

I've heard rumors about replacements for the BTY FW's but nothing concrete yet. Just wondering if anyone heard about them and there release date.

The latest issue of Golf Digest (Hot List) has a very small picture of the new Idea Pro Gold Forged club. Looks good, but very similar to the Clevelands.

While you are there, ask what the theory was behind signing Sabatinni and Daly. Not wanting to start a debate here one way or the other, just thought it might be a good opportunity to ask and post on another thread later. Thanks

My rep ended up coming by when I was gone playing golf in Charleston. Didnt get to see anything but my boss was very impressed by the stuff. Also the fact that they were putting in the DVS. If I get another oppurtunity I will let yall know.

My thought was that Rory would actually be a good fit as he would probably play one of their GI sets (a2 or a3) given his track record with Nike NDS and Ignites. There would be good advertising mileage in tour win with GI clubs for a OEM that specializes in GI equipment.

His antics dont endear him to many but he had appeared to be on the improve of late until the Tiger Target clanger. Still you probably wouldnt get a top 15 player for less- given his record and there is a good chance he will win and certainly content a number of times in 2008, thats all good publicity.

i plan on getting one of those drivers. the xtd there was one on ebay but it was before it was actually released so i was wondering if it was fraudulent... either way i want the driver and 3 wood combo ill have the 600 to splurge anyway.

I don't think they signed Daly actually(did they??). I know he had an Admas bag in Mexico but I think that was b/c his bag broke earlier in the week and he had a buddy caddying for him that week(Peter was not on his bag in Mexico) that worked for Adams. That's what I heard anyway.
