Bushnell tour v4 rangefinder vs tour v4 Slope... Can the v4 be converted to a slope device?

I am more than confused by the Bushnell Tour v4 rangefinder as compared to the Tour v4 Slope rangefinder. There seems to be a lack of distinction regarding the slope edition and the other... Is the Tour v4 capable of the slope function, but needing the red faceplate. or is it simply not capable of utilizing a slope feature? Try asking the question online, and you get a short vague adveisment answer that I can't determine is talking about the one I wish to know about... Shorter question... can the Tour v4 calculate slope bet needs an attachment, or do you have to purchase a slope edition to begin with?

bushnell has the tour line and pro line of range finders.

2019-2020

pro xe - black waterproof slope on /off and wind feature.

2018-2019

pro x - black water proof and slope on/off feature

tour v4 shift has slope on off feature

2017-2018

tour v4 has no slope

tour v4 slope has slope that you cant turn off

2016-2017

tour x has the face that you can switch

I have both V4 models and they are different. The non slope has a gray face and the slope had a red face. Plus the slope has a switch on the side to turn on/off function. Otherwise they are the same size and shape. If you have a non-slope model contact Bushnell for a trade-in credit towards a slope model. After Christmas they might be offering good deals.
