Bummed! No Masters = No Masters themed swag??

I always enjoy the limited edition headcovers and other doo dads some of the hipper companies come out with around The Masters. I'm in the market for a new headcover for my putter and had been holding off to see what dropped.

My assumption is they will hold off on any release (even though they likely have already been manufactured) with an aim to sell them either for a rescheduled event this year or, worst case, just release next year.

Obviously this is a very minor deal compared to everything else going on... but it was still one of the first thoughts that popped in my head when they announced the tournament has been postponed.

I'm guessing it will be about 50/50. It costs money to store stuff for when the Masters "may" be played. I would guess most small companies will look to clear their inventory at the normal times. For the big boys not really sure since they probably have the capability to store it.

Any strategies for the upcoming online store?  Below is the e-mailed info so far, seems confusing to me...access link only good for 15 minutes, yet you can visit and add items as much as you like until 11/15, etc

 

We're hearing stories of people selling their access, probably to folks planning on bulk-resale purchases, so we're planning on a quick/initial purchase for items we think will go quickly, and then use our 2nd transaction later after figuring out what everyone wants.

I agree, I think you could see an absolute flood of Masters  2020 gear hit eBay.
