Mizuno RB

I've contemplated going Mizuno everything after I got the hybrid, irons, and wedges. Then I realized how much I love Callaway woods and the Odyssey putter. But what about Mizuno's golf balls? Has anyone played them? Good or bad experiences?

It’s a decent surlyn ball. Got a 2 pack from local shop. Flies high and straight, doesn’t bite much on chips and pitches but sits ok with crisply struck short irons. As long as anything else out there. Funny looking.

I haven't looked into the technology but the extra mini dimples would probably distract me and that's a big reason I haven't tried them out yet.

I just tried the RB Tour X ball, and I'm a convert. I choose the X ball for the extra spin which helps me on my drives. They are widely available at a reasonable price. The TXG video on the Mizuno ball was very helpful. I haven't found the dimple pattern to be distracting at all.

My apologies I was mistaken. I was thinking of their surlyn covered ball. RB Tour spins a lot.

Just switched to these from Tour BXS - way more spin, control and soft as butter off face 

No loss of distance on irons or driver either 

Distance control off putter is unreal 

 

totally astonished and impressed

I loved playing these balls.  Spin around greens was crazy.
