Not my best swing, but any help appreciated!!

Went to PGA Tour Superstore today and used one of the practice bays to get some baseline numbers on my 7i and a new set I was considering.

 

im somewhere around an 18 handicap (last time I kept a real handicap I was around 12 but I think that’s a bit of a function of me mastering an easy course).  My Achilles heel is swing inconsistency...I can go 3 holes at 1 under and then start topping irons or get into a pull hook I can’t shake. 
 

ive never really had a lesson and have no idea what is wrong with my swing...
 

some numbers if relevant. Ball speed with 7iron is 112, and carry distance is 160. My miss is a pull hook.

 

This swing was the only one I got video of on my phone and it was my last shot of the session...racing the clock before my time ran out. Not my best but then again I’m hoping to fix my bad swings not my good ones!

I don't know if it's just b/c you were at the end of a session but your swing looks tired...

 

The stats on this show that you're not getting that great of a launch angle which leads to low peak height which means you're not getting nearly the amount of carry you should with a 4i. Could be a byproduct of you being at the end of a session, could be b/c you're hitting it thin off a mat, etc. but if you routinely experience this on the course as well, maybe it's time to switch to a hybrid instead.
