Is TGW a legit online business?

After ordering 2 pair of pants on 4/19, they finally arrived today.

It sounds to me like you're blaming TGW for a Fedex issue.

 

I'm gonna throw this out there, and I promise I'm not trying to come off as condescending, but it sounds like you haven't done much online shopping during the Pandemic. This has caused a huge backlog for online orders everywhere. Everyone is taking longer to process and ship orders. Fedex, USPS, and UPS are all struggling right now keeping up with demand. This is just the reality of the current situation. I know it's frustrating, I get that. I just took delivery of a 50* Zipcore gap wedge that took around 6 weeks because I wanted an X100 shaft in it and Fedex was a day late delivering it.

 

I get it, it all sucks. But as a consumer, we need to understand that if we order online right now, it's really a crapshoot. Hoping we are nearing the tail end of it, but the global supply chain in general is a complete cluster right now, and businesses and shipping companies can't keep up.

 

As for TGW, they are 100% good to go. I like Carl's Golf Land a lot as well as budget golf.

-Family of 4 with 2 teenagers and we have done a TON of online shopping.  A TON.  If a day goes by that a package doesn't come from Amazon or one of the carriers, that day is an exception.

-I am only holding TGW responsible for their role and lack of customer service in response to an unhappy customer.
