Ping G425 Max?

As a beginner (just started my 2nd season) I picked up a G425 MAX (regular shaft) 10.5° last year.

I know now I should probably had it fitted with the correct shaft, but it is what it is now.

 

What I am look for is advice on how I can change the loft/lie to make it even easier to hit straight (I am all over the place) and if I should consider buying a new shaft or wait until I can hit more reliably.

Honestly if you are, as you say,  all over the place it probably has more to do with swing path and face angle errors than it does with the shaft or head. That said while it is true enough that there could be some things about the driver that are impacting your ability to be more consistent but only a fitting would help reveal what those might be. Also unless you have a consistent miss, tweaking the setup this way or that way won't solve anything.
