What Raynors courses can someone actually join?

Live in Florida but my daughter is a freshman this year at Covenant College on Lookout Mountain. Everytime I went up I wanted to get on at Lookout Mountain club but they are private, bit the bullet and did the National Member package, honestly it is well worth it. Fun course and like someone mentioned you get access to all the amenities. The price was nothing crazy and when we go to visit my daughter I have a place too play, and we can go somewhere as a family for dinner as there are not too many options up on the mountain. Cool place though and I have heard about the Gil Hanse plans. I spent a few hours with the Superintendent there before I joined. He was showing me some of the things that may be changed. Also, last time I was there DL3 was out there playing and I guess his brother has a golf course construction company that may be involved with whatever the plans are there, although that is not set in stone. So some cool things going on there.

Gibson Island Club hasn't been mentioned, and it's probably one of the more, if not the most, affordable McD/Raynor's out there. The downside is that it's only 9 holes and not maintained as well anything else on this list (at least the time I played compared with the other Raynor's I've played). Interesting site though. There was originally an 18 hole course with plans to build more, but the great depression hit hard and only 9 holes remain. The island is private to residents, members, and guests, and is a short drive from Baltimore and DC.

Creek Club is an amazing one that hasn't been mentioned. The first 5 holes are good but not spectacular, then the fun starts on #6 and you get a good view of the rest of your day. 6 - 15 is an awesome stretch of golf, and the 17th is a great hole too. 16 and 18 are fine too, but the middle section of that course is a true highlight.
