Looking for feedback/advice on my swing. I'm generally pretty happy with how my swing has come along. My shoulders look a little off to me at address but I'm not really sure what is causing it. Posture? Grip?

Maybe a bit to narrow with the legs? You look like your left foot loses a lot of ground contact when your down swing starts and into impact.

5 suggestions

a. Relax both arms a little. The right arm should be slightly bent

b.Your feet should be in balance at setup

Specifically it looks like your left foot is favoring its outside at setup instead of being balanced 

c. Place your hands slightly closer target wise - just off of your inner left thigh-this will in essence preset some shaft lean at little cost

4. flare your lead foot 1/4 turn towards the target. This will increase the range of motion of your left knee and left hip,which in turn will make it easier to “rotate” your pelvis in the downswing. It will also restrict your backswing a little, but your current backswing probably is too long

5.You have a considerable amount of head rotation in the backswing. It is not uncommon to rotate your head in order to make a full shoulder turn , so rotating your head is not a swing fault per se. If you are crossed eyed dominant , you can preset your head rotation at setup aka Jack Nicklaus. To test this look at at object with both eyes open. Then close one eye and then the other eye . Whatever image is the same with one eye open as both eyes open is your dominant eye. If you are left eyed dominant and swing rightie, you are crossed eyed dominant and can pre set your head rotation at setup. The more movement that can be eliminated , the simpler the swing.
