Ouch $500 for a FT-9 and Fubuiki I mix combo? I picked one up at 3 balls for $180 bucks, didn't like the shaft or head and dumped them both for $150 each, made some $.

As said before, golf equipment is pretty expensive over here, plus 1 Euro equals about $1.45. Then I bought the FT-9 with another shaft, but didn´t like it, so bought the Fubuki afterwards .... there goes my money ...

Therefore as a backup I have a Srixon ZR-800 Japan, which retails for about $700 over there and I paid less than $100 in pretty much new condition.

I generally do a lot of research on this site and others before I buy. And I try to get a good deal on hopefully good products that won't be discarded a month after I buy them, though not always successful.

I have walked away from some tempting clubs, etc. because I just couldn't bring myself to just spend money. But sometimes I buy something like my Sumo2 3-20* that I just can't warm up to.
