Don’t have the spec sticker anymore, serial number starts with a T, but no C afterwards. Head was straight from the tour truck.

So it's a TA head?  Next letter after T is A?

Correct! Would actually be very interested in understanding the difference between a TA and a TC. This is the first time I’ve ever had a “tour” head, so not super well informed on the matter lol.

TA (Tour Authentic) serials are public release of a tour style head. The TD S heads were only tour issue before. Then Callaway went ahead and released that head shape to the public and then labeled them with a TA serial number.  They started it back with Epic Speed. They have TA heads in other shapes like fairway heads. 

 

TC heads are the tour issue models. 

 

TA tend to not have CT tested either but typically come with the other Specs.

I appreciate all the info! It looks like the price for a TA head is less than a TC head, so will update accordingly.
