House Cleaning!!!! Edel (Heads), Nippon (Gone), Custom Putter Price Drops

Looking to move a little left-over stock. I am open to reasonable offers to move these things ASAP!

1. Edel SMS Pro irons 5-PW with an SMS 4 Iron. These were just custom built to D2 Swing weight at Standard L/L/L and Aerotech Steelfiber 110 stiff shafts and Pure Pro Standard size grips. Only the 4, 7, and 9 have been hit and about 5 balls each on the Sim in my shop. These retail for $1750 but will start at Shafts are spoken for so these will be heads only at $1100 OBO

2. Nippon Modus 120 Stiff in Limited Black 2-PW with an extra Gap Wedge. These have been tip prepped and are ready to install. I am looking for my cost on these at $old

3. Fully Custom 1/1 303 Stainless Newport 2 style putter with LA golf 105 shaft and Pingman Grip. This plays 34" and I believe the head weight was 360g This has only been sim rolled and the only reason it's up for sale is the soft carbon version I had done is the winner for me. It was sourced from a manufacturer that produces milled putters for several of the bigger OEM companies. The feel of this thing is ridiculous! The milling on the face is incredible! This would retail at $1000 from some of the other companies, but I am looking to let it go for what I have in it as well. Pictures will do the talking on this one $500 OBO
