Putter fitting worked!

Have always been a decent putter. 27-32 putts a round. But never one to drain those 15 footers enough times.

Luckily for me TXG is based in Toronto. Had my last putter fitted to me there.

For the best numbers on Quintic they adjusted the length, lie and loft. But those numbers were still very average at best.

But it was recommended I find a putter that had some "roll" tech in it. Difficult to find with the other details I prefer as a left hander.

 

Some of you might have seen my thread on purchasing a Bettinardi Inovai 6 spud neck as it has "roll control face".

Does it really work. No idea.

It had the very similar 8* toe hang that I feel suits me best. Again difficult to find for a lefty.

 

It finally arrived (after 4 months) and brought it to TXG yesterday and for the first time ever I had lots of green numbers and a couple of blues. 

Those numbers were consistently showing up. That's  exciting!

John then adjusted for length, and lie. Even better aiming now and feels like it fits like a glove.

 

Wish I understood enough explain the photo below but thought I'd share.

John explained that red is poor (had a few of those with my old putter), green is very good and what they want to see, blue is tour quality numbers.

lol I aint close to being on any tour.

 

Brought the putter immediately to my local golf store as Im familiar with the speed and left/ right putts on their green.

Point and shoot. Feels great! ... so far lol

Good to hear and John is far and away their best putter fitter. I did lessons with him a few years back and helped a ton.

Difference was the putter. Solid, reliable.
