Newbie from Sunny San Diego :)

I just wanna introduce myself to ya'll. Don't get confused with my user handle. I'm actually from San Diego not texas. I just thought it sounded unqiue to use. Anyways, I'm somewhat of a newbie in the game golf. I played in the golf team in high school back in 97 with no prior experience. I was peer pressured to join. It was really fun but I didn't really have my own clubs. I had some cheapy hand me downs and crappy leather bag. It was pretty sorry. I didn't get into the sport to the point where i had to purchase new clubs. I didn't really have a job to afford clubs at the time. Fast forward to December 2007. I decided to get back into the sport from a super long hiatus. I got a set of clubs from my bro for christmas... A Top Flite XL club sets. Really nice set to start off with. Anyways, I'm having fun and addicted. I've been hitting balls at the driving range to hone my skills before i actually step foot on the course. San Diego definitely has a bunch of courses. :) I look forward to posting here on the future. Just pardon my newbie questions :( Thanks.
