Cleaning “Spots” off T10 Putter Face

Have a CT buttonback that’s starting to show some little spots on the face, not pitting or rust just almost like little oxidation spots. Curious on if these can be cleaned up. Due to the value of the putter I didn’t want to start tinkering with it without having some info first. Thanks for any help!

Pics can help but probably just oxidization cause copper. Metal polish like Flitz will clean it up but it will eventually tarnish again.

just use toothpaste

don't have to make a special trip to buy it

if it's the insert you're talking about it'll be fine

Ketchup works but but need multiple treatments cause no abrasive in it. Like @BYK said toothpaste cause that contains abrasives if an home option.

Start with ketchup. I use it on all my Teryilliums. Then move on to toothpaste if you need something more abrasive.

Use Bar Keepers Friend. I use it on my putter with a copper insert. Just a little dab and a soft cloth like an old tee shirt to wipe it clean. Works really well!

Nothing works better on a copper putter/insert than Wright's Copper Cream. Just a few bucks for a container, and it'll last you for life.
