Taylormade Spider EX v Tour X

Hi all,

Anyone have experience with both the spider EX (the one with the double line alignment) and the current tour X?

I’ve got the EX which has never really made the bag for a long period, but I’m liking the putter again. How does it compare to the current Tour X in terms of size and feel of the face?

The Spider EX has the Pure Roll 2 insert and the Spider Tour X has the Pure Roll insert. The Pure Roll 2 insert is firmer feeling than the Pure Roll insert. I think the Pure Roll 2 insert is better feeling but feel is subjective.

Thanks @Sean289 I've found the EX face to be a little clicky, maybe a tad too firm. The Pure Roll might just be the one

No worries. You also asked about how they compared in terms of size and I forgot to reply to that.

The EX is larger than the X. You can see in this picture.
