Post office help..

Bought a set of irons from a guy on here. Shipped them last week from Green Bay to me. I’m about 20 minutes east of St. Louis, just in Illinois. The last scan was on the 19th. Now I have the dreaded “moving through the network”. I’ve had hit and miss with this. The seller has been very good thus far and said he shipped the clubs in the original Titleist box, which made us both nervous, given the current state of the shipment. I know it’s only been 5 days. But, at this point, what is the proper course of action as far as the post office goes? What should I be doing?

I think you can ask for an investigation after 7 days. Sometimes things just seem to fall into a black hole at the USPS. But keep your chin up. I had an item mysteriously show up a month after it was declared lost.

There's nothing you can do as the receiver. The only one that can ask for investigation is the seller. Have faith, the USPS sometimes "loses" stuff temporarily and it eventually shows up. Had some persimmon woods refinished up in Minneapolis and they took two weeks to get to Houston. Tracking was useless as I also got the "in transit" label.
