Don't get me wrong, there's nothing criminal about getting the face dirty.  And if it does get dirty, by all means go ahead and clean it.  I was just curious because it's just not something that ever happens with me in any conditions - or that I even see with anyone else I've played with.

I took a picture of the first tee box in the outing I played in this morning. Ants were busy.

I see that a lot too.  Sorry, maybe I should have been a bit more clear.   It's never been a question of how much dirt might be on the tee box.
