How many RPM’s per gram?

This is likely splitting hairs and the actual numbers are probably so negligible for any changes but how many RPM’s of spin would 1 gram of rear weight have?

Example: In a Ping G430LST, dropping from a 28 gram rear weight to a 25 gram weight, assuming strike point remains the same, how much is spin and MOI affected? How many grams would you have to change before this change became noticeable?

It doesn’t really work like that. You won’t know what results will be when changing a variable, until you actually hit shots with new configuration. Heavier head weight may cause a different feel during the swing, which may cause you to deliver the club head differently. Etc. Etc.

Completely depends on how your swing is effected by the change in swing weight.

The direct effect of adding or removing 3 gm is going to be completely negligible in terms of how a change in c.g or even MOI effect the ball flight for any given strike.  And the amount needed add or remove to get such a change (~20+ gm) would have such huge impact in terms of how the swing weight effects your swing that the effect of the c.g. or MOI change would be lost and meaningless.

So basically the only valid and practical reason to add or remove weight from the head is to manage swing weight and how good a fit that might be.   Don't waste your time thinking about it in any other way.

Sort of what I figured but was hoping there was a chance.
So effectively my options to lower spin without changing ball, loft, or shaft is to just raise the strike point or live out by the toe.

Higher strike point certainly would do it.  Even a 1/4" might result in a noticeable difference to the spin numbers.

No guarantees but you can always try playing around with ball position and tee height - that might find an 'easy' way to mess with the dynamic loft.  And for some people, swing weight changes can be a way to possibly get some changes to the delivery - more specifically the release timing and therefore also dynamic loft.
