Another vote for 7w. Just put the AI Smoke Triple Diamond in the bag to replace my UW (19 degree). About the same distance but much better stopping power on the 7w and none of the knucleballs the UW can sometimes produce.

I'm spot on your numbers - so great comp for you.  I have always struggled with this spot as well, have gone through many clubs here.

 

Recently, I've found that the older Titleist 818H2 at 21 degrees fits the bill perfectly.  It's an older head you can find cheap.  I like it because it's not too "hot" like some of the modern hybrids.  I actually had the Callaway UW at 23 degrees and that thing was too hot at times, gave it to my brother.

At the same time I can tee one up and rip a low draw 240-250 and use it as a driving iron type club.  Head has a shape between a driving iron and bigger hybrid.  

 

Pick one up cheap, put a premium shaft in it and you won't regret

I went with an adjustable 7 wood to dial in the yardage and fill that gap. I hit my Ping g430 about 225 at stock loft.

Just kidding! Did just pick up a G430 19* hybrid with a tour AD and that has been an excellent pickup for me in that distance range.

Most definitely 7 wood.  I'm roughly as long as you with my 3 wood being a 260-270 club.  I've actually been bouncing back and fourth between carrying a driving iron and 2 3 woods (1 turned down to 13 and an older one at 15 that's spinnier that I can hit into par 5s), but just added the 7 wood to the bag and I absolutely love that thing, so far its my favorite club in the bag and I can hit so many different shots with it.  It can basically cover 220-250 depending on what shot I want to play.  Stock it's 230-235, Can turn in down into a low draw that'll get to 250 and can hit a big high cut with it to 220 or so.   It's allowed me to keep the tee specific club in the bag in place of a wedge or 5 iron since I can go so short with this.

Welp used my new 21° Paradym Hybrid today. Only needed it twice but both times really liked it! Feels great. Love the flight and look of it as well.

Lots of good advice in here but tbh a fitting would help you the most, especially if you’re trying to buy a new club at msrp. 
 

i highly recommend a Titleist fitting, but that assumes you’re willing to buy a Titleist club. Good luck!
