Please recommend to me a refinishing shop for my putter.

I have an old Cleveland Form Forged III putter I'm attached too for sentimental reasons. She's always been there for me when my putting goes astray and I doubt I'll ever get rid of her. I've decided I wanted to throw some money at her and hopefully get her a makeover and looking good again. I'd love to find someone who take take out the couple of minor dings she has and hopefully get her refinished in a nice 3x black finish. You guys seem to be knowledgeable in the ways of putters so I was hoping you guys might suggest to me a couple of shops that make take in my old girl and make her pretty again. My new Studio Style 1.5 will be comming in next week so I'll have a month or two I can let her sit on the sidelines for her new makeover before she'll be needed to cure my erratic putting again :birthday:

 

For your viewing pleasure... has zero collectable value but she was my first 8802 style blade putter and will always be my sentimental favorite. Hopefully I'll have some after pictures to share later.

I used a co. from California a year or so ago, very satisfied and their cheap, I thought. Name is Black Oxide Service web adress www.blackoxideservice.com, phone (760)744-8735. Minimum charge per order is like $99, includes refinishing,removal of dents & dings, and custom paint fill to your liking. Actually think your $99 will get 2 or 3 clubs done, that's just their min., maybe you have another putter or wedge layin around.

Going with Slighter or Colbert will give you top notch work.....I remember a butchered La Costa that Slighter cleaned up and made look really nice, but I would recommend that you take a look at both their websites and go from there.
