Bushnell Service - A+

Sent my Rangefinder in for Service.

I bought a "Like New" Bushnell Rangefinder Elite 1500 off of Ebay about a year a go.
It was as advertised, slightly used, excellent shape. I used it extensively for about 8 months and then... dropped it on the cart path. It was a good drop, hit hard. It quit working which is pretty much what I expected.

So, got on the Bushnell website, followed the instructions to send it in for repair expecting that it would cost more to repair that what it was worth.

I received a card in the mail a few days after they received it with the information of how to follow it thru service. Back on the website a few days later to find that it was already on its way back to me.

It was repaired "under warranty" which I was sure that it wasn't. Sent it back in a new box, case and all the items you would get if you had bought it new. All at no charge.

Quite frankly it looks like a brand new one even though the ticket says that it was repaired.

A+ for Bushnell service. I couldn't be more pleased. They have made a lifetime customer.

BTW, the rangefinder works fantastic. (before and after) Totally satisfied with the performance.

I had a similair experience. I purchased a used slope model from eBay. Used it for about a year then it just stopped working. I asked the guy at Roger Dunn in Santa Ana what I could do. He told me to bring it in and they would send it to Bushnell. Even though I didnt buy it from Roger Dunn. Three weeks later they called and said my new range finder was in. Bushnell sent me a brand new model. Best service that I have ever received....

So does Roger Dunn.....I have shopped there for 25 years. I go in to their stores 5 time per week. They are awesome.

That's about as good as it gets.....WTG Bushnell!

 

Bushnell will continue to get my money.
