Ive been lucky a few times.

Kid walked into a store I was in trying to sell at 15* Titleist 970. It was Tom Prenice Jr's and he got it for free. The store wouldnt get him enough so I offered to pay him $150 cash. I took it home with me. It sold for around $700.

Picked up at F3-05 Titleist FW at a local golf shop. A local club pro needed cash and sold it. I offered $150 and got it for $125, sold that for $700. My friends and I hit it. It sucked but looked good.

Picked up a Tour TM 200 for $150 when they were hot. Bought a tour Cameron putter cover for $50. They were going for $250 online but I kept it.

Sent in 3 putters to Hank George to stamp and they sent me 3 tour covers, Black, Yellow and Red. Not bad for free.

When I was in HighSchooland at the PGA Show I went over to the PGA Tour Rep for TM and ordered two Bubble Tour Raylors for cost. He never asked anything about me. I got lucky. I sent in a TM 3 wood for a shaft change and stated in the letter I had a set of Bubble Tour Irons that i needed grips for and they sent me a full set of Green Victory Bubble Grips. Again for free. Not bad while in HighSchool.

I have had a few lucky moments in golf stores.

Can't wait to see what I run into next. Orlando GolfSmith gets a lot of tour stuff. Its always a good place to check. Picked up a R580XD TP for $125. Saw many old TG Cleveland Wedges, etc.
