Clicgear vs Mini GT vs Microcart

Thinking of getting a push cart.


Qualities I'm looking for:
1. Folds up small to fit nicely in the trunk.
2. Inexpensive.
3. Generally works well.
Also, I've heard about the tires with air versus the hard plastic. Seems to me the hard plastic would be better so you never have to inflate them, but it seems like the consensus is the other way around. Any input?

There have been a few threads about this on here and it generally comes down to which you like best.

I use the Clicgear2.0 and love it. I had the earlier version with air in the tires, but the newer versions wheels are much better.

Folds up small, works better than any other that I've used, but at $200.00, is not the cheapest around.

So I guess two out of three isn't bad, it just depends on whether you think its worth the price.

I agree. Clicgear is the way to go. Well designed, good quality, folds up much smaller and easier than Sun Mountain.

I just purchased the clicgear 2.0, about a week ago. Have gotten about 5 rounds in with it already and im alot less sore and everything is just more convienient for access. I had a bagboy before that. Best investment i ever made.

If you look in "For Sale Forum", someone is selling the Clicgear 2.0 for $150 Shipped..

I just got my second round in with my 2.0

 

I never thought I'd have a P-cart, but I do and this is the way to go.

 

The Clicgear also has excellent resale value.

I just went through this shopping process myself, and here are my observatons:

 

Mini-GT - Seems nice, but the floor model at the store I was at seemed a bit wobbly, like there was play in some of the joints, if ya know what I mean. It also seemed to me that the wheels were larger, and closer together in the rear. This led me to thinking there could be stability issues on the more uneven lies. This is just a guess though.

 

CG 2.0 - Nice, solid construction, no wobbles or undue concern. Wheels seemed nice, easy to operate brake, etc. Needless to say, this is the way I went.

 

Other than the one mentioned above in the BST forum, there is also rumors of I think Discount Dan's selling them at a decent price. Do a search and see what comes up.

Clicgear 2.0 all the way.

 

My 11-year old son has one and has no problem handling it on 18-holes. Easy for him to fold/unfold, and push.

 

We both love our Clicgears!

Has anyone had a problem with their bag fitting the clicgear? I've heard it has a funny angle or something and some bags won't fit.
