I could throw you farther than I hit my driver lol.. I still play with someone who is in their early 60s and is about your height and is 130 pounds soaking wet. He still plays the tips with us and is only about 30 yards behind us and sometimes he even out drives us. The golf swing is all about lag and speed not brute force and strength. It's kinda of depressing when you play against someone half your weight that outdrives you. lol. Your numbers don't really add up though. You must get alot of roll with your driver if that is your swing speed you should be hitting your 3 wood alot longer.
i dont take a full swing with any club other than my driver. my 3 woods ss is jsut over 110. mainly because when i take out my 3 wood i want to be able to land the ball within 5 yards of where i want it to land. i just like to swing hard with my driver because i only take it out when its wide open of if i need to make birdies

You talk like you have a good game! Now if you want to take that game anywhere you have to go to school, and possibly learn grammar! ;)

haha ya my grammar is pretty bad. english and history arent my thing, those are my bad classes. (cool)

why does your sig say open to 17 degrees for your FW, it would have to be closed to get to 17.

guys who drive it 305 don't need to carry a 42* nine iron...
really don't see what that has to do with it.

You have seriously something going on with your swing if you hit a driver 305 and a standard loft 9 130.

I hit my 9 iron that far when I was 13, and I sure as hell didn't hit my driver 305

in it started as a 3 wood and it ended up not being very useful as a 3wood because it didnt have enough difference in distance with my driver so i had it turned open to a 17 degree by a taylormade guy

Yes but "turning" it open as you say, really de-lofts the club.

Really? You don't get it? Its not about the number, its about the loft. My "9" has 45* of loft, and with an avg. swing goes about 135. Now here comes the crazy part, Ernie Els "PW" has 45* of loft, wanna guess how far it goes?... 135, hmm... he must have something serious going on with his swing huh?
i could always take a video to prove if no one agrees with my yardages
others can feel free too

because alot of people add 20 yards online, but then you do come across some actual long hitters
If you are cranking them over 300yards on avg. I'd love to see a video but I doubt you'll post.

I'm 17, 5'11, 180 lbs.

Driver: 240-260
3wood:225-230
5wood:210-215
20*hybrid:190-200
It's kinda hard to map out irons rounding..so +/-
4i:~180-
5i:~170
6i:~160
7i:~150+
8i:~140
9i:~130+
PW:~125
GW:100-105

Don't normally fullswing w/ wedges, but if i did:
56*:85-95
60*:65-75

...And you 13 year olds w/ 260 yd drives and 2.3 handicaps... WOW.

I love the fact that most of the kids here have swing speeds over 110mph and carry their driver 290 plus. LOVE IT!!! I'm a PGA professional and my favorite thing to do is listen to kids brag about how great they are and how far they hit it. Then when I go finally play with them they cant come close to par and I hit it past them with my 265 to 270 yard drives. Again LOVE IT!!!!!! One day you kids will realize that this game is so much easier when you stop caring about who hits it further and start aiming for center contact. Im fine with an eight iron that goes 150 yards with an easy swing consistently. If I want to hit it 160, I think I will move up a club. Thanks for the entertainment!!!

You sure don't act or talk like a PGA pro. And i don't carry my driver 290 nor say I do, so it's not like I'm the one your critiquing or anything
