C-Groove Tracy

Has anyone tried or have any opinions about the Tracy

I always used an Answer/Newport style putter, but I like the way face balanced putters feel. I like the way the C-Groove Tracy looks because it has the blend I like. Just looking for some opinions from people that seen and used them.

yo! the tracy is awesome....used this putter this past weekend and love it.....i don't know if it's the putter or the confidence but i made more putts with this putter then i ever did before.... smooth feel and awesome distance...........the c-groove really works.......can't wait to get out onto another course and give it another try.......had to decided between this one and the tm rossa monza corza........corza went out and tracy went into the bag!

I have a Tracy II. It rolls the ball very well.. Distance almost feels automatic. very soft face.

 

Go try one.. I think they feel great.

Don't even demo it, just go buy one. I've been trying to kick it out of the bag for ever, but it's still there.

I have a Tracy II and it has been amazing so far. Distance control with it is very easy (a lot fewer 3 putts) and the C-grooves do get the ball rolling true quite quickly. Love this putter!!

I must be a terrible putter! I don't see an appreciable difference in the way the ball rolls off the C-Groove Yes putters. I'm sticking with my arsenal of other putters !

The tracy feels great, but I had trouble with how it looked and set up at address.

C-Groove technology is unreal i have both Callie & Tracy II the roll you get with this line awesome.

I currently use a 34" Tracy putter. At the end of the day, as many people can attest too, you have to pick a stick you trust. It doesn't matter as much what technology it uses, it's more about the feeling when you're standing over the putt knowing that you have to make it to make birdie or save par etc.

 

Being Canadian, it's the start of the golf season for me right now, and I can honestly say that I don't trust the Tracy as much as I normally do - 6ft putts are lipping out or blowing by the hole. But I'm sure it'll come around for me with having more rounds under my belt. There was a time last year towards the end of the season that you couldn't pay me to switch my Tracy to say a Scotty Cameron or Bettinardi or something else way more expensive.

 

Overall, it's a great putter - from a technology standpoint, those C-Grooves seem to make the putts role truer and requires less of a stroke in terms of strength to get it to it's destination* and the grip is pretty good for being a stock grip. The weight is also very good on this and I find looking down at it, with a slight bend makes it look really classic.

 

Just my opinion, but believe me when I say - if you get to a point with any putter that you can stand over a putt and believe you can make it, then that's all that really matters - whether it's a YES putter, Scotty Cameron or $20 putter

Tracy... Nice putter.. Tried tracy 1 and 2 . they are very well balanced ...

 

 

But i feel in love with their Emma and Tiffany.. All i can say is wow. Phenomanal sight lines, roll and feel. Not clumsy at all.
