and the bag :)

Basically a full setup of Exotics equipment with a (new to me) custom Cameron.

Exotics Tour Proto 9 w/ Matrix Ozik
Exotics CB1 15 w/ Aldila VS Proto
Exotics CB2 hybrid 19 w/ Aldila NV
Exotics CNC Forged 2-pw w/ KBS Tour
Exotics Xtreme Spin 52, 56, 60 w/ NS Pro
Custom Scotty Cameron Del Mar Two Mid Slant

The bag was not originally what I wanted... I had the black Exotics suede stand bag but it fell apart in about 2 months so, I contacted Tour Edge and they gave me a free white one. Awesome customer service, just alittle slow on the processing but I can't complain at all.

Only things I would like to change as of now would be possibly getting an XCG hybrid with a different shaft and changing the Matrix to one that has a little bit lower tq rating.

Any comments are welcome and any questions about the clubs I would be happy to answer. Sorry about the bad pictures but it's the best camera I have at the moment.

EDIT: These have been used for a good season of probably around 40 rounds but show 0 wear, except for the faces which are in great shape. I am one of those snobs who puts covers on everything. I :man_in_love: my equipment!

As for the KBS shafts; I really like them and have found they really only have one flaw, well two if you consider the shaft bands If you are forced to really go at the ball and swing with everything, the ball tends to sail a little bit. I had a similar setup of clubs with X100 and didn't have the same problem for obvious reasons, but the X100s had little to no feel to them.

Overall, they are an excellent mixture of feel, ball flight and get better distances with them as compared to a Project X.

Just a side note: the clubs have been all been adjusted for accuracy in lie and loft and were build from the ground up. Not sure if you can tell from the pictures but the grips have a red cap and the paintfill on the Cameron matches everything perfectly (a lucky find on the BST)

The KBS shaft bands are supposed to go on the back of the shaft so you do not see them at address. They were put on wrong. I guess if they were on right you would have only 1 complaint about the KBS.

That's a great looking set (I am partial to the CNC forged because I just got a set recently). How do you like the driver? The Exotics drivers have always looked good to me, but I can't really find any around here for a trial.

Also, if you went from X100s, I assume you're playing KBS Tours in X too?

I have actually gamed every driver that TEE makes but have gone back to the Tour Proto. I have found that, for me, it gives me the best distance and workability. The slightly open face allows a lot more shot shaping as opposed to the neutral/maybe closed faces of the XCG, XCG-V or the original version.

The X100 were just a set bought off the bay that got me hooked on Exotics clubs and were not necessarily made for me. Through fitting the KBS are just stiff and not an x. As for the shaft bands, that was my mistake . They actually just peel which is the downside, they really don't get in the way at all and have become quite used to them.
