THanks to everybody on the forums that has been so helpful. I ordered my sgx from gppgolf, a place I'd never heard of and cancelled my SA order because of all of you. I only ordered the sgx from SA because somebody posted the special that made it sell for 319. THen I get it at least a week earlier and with free 2nd day air and even get two boxes of golf balls at smokin sale price also sent free 2nd day air from a GolfWRX sponser because of my forum friends that share my addiction. As a public servant that is totally addicted to this game but always looking for the best deal, Hats off to all of you for the help.

I also bought the SGX from gppgolf for $319. I received it yesterday via 2 day shipping. Looks like a very nice product. I downloaded the CaddieSync software, registered and loaded some courses and am ready to use the SGX tomorrow. I had a little trouble with Windows7 not recognizing a driver, but got past that issue. I live near a golf course and was able to get yardages to some of the holes, so it appears to be working fine with no freeze-ups. I'd like to thank all the folks on this forum who mentioned gppgolf. I'll definitely be buying from them in the future.

My sgx was waiting for me when I got home from work yesterday. After a slight hiccup with the security on my computer not letting me activate the SGX. I finally fixed the problem and works great. A big thanks to Golfland Warehouse and Nick.

Mine showed up yesterday from Golfland too. Had the same firewall problems that a few people have alluded to but after that, all was good. Took it out last night and was really impressed. Way better than the SG5 in my opinion.

Just ordered my unit from Golfland. Nick honoured the 319.99 price. Great customer service from a top notch company. Only downside is that I have to wait till Monday to have it shipped. They sold out their first batch!! That should not be a surprise to anyone.
