CG15 with "Tour Zip Grooves"

legal for all play?

So Golf Galaxy has a few CG15 wedges with the "Tour Zip Groove" circle logo in stock and a bunch others with the normal Zip Grooves logo. Are the Tour Zip Grooves legal for ALL play, including elite competition, i.e. PGA Tour?

I picked up two last week and played my first round with them yesterday. I was really pleased with the performance around the greens. Relative to the two season old Callaway X-Forged wedges they replaced they still offered plenty of spin around the greens. I did not get to hit many full shots with them so I can't comment on the performance there. But inside 50yds they surprised me.

I thought that it was legal for [b][u]all[/u][/b] play [b][u]except PGA[/u][/b]...I think this is why they have a 'tour issued' version. Don't quote me but I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

"Tour Zip Groove"=legal for all players
"Zip Grooves"=legal for everyone but Tour players, Able to use in the first stage of U.S. Open qualifying but not 2nd stage.
