Farmlinks is in awesome shape; perhaps the best conditioned course in Alabama open to the public. Great service and food put this site as one of the best in the southeast!

I love Farmlinks, I live 15 minutes from it and the ex pro out there used to allow me to come play all day and eat for $30.00. It is easily the single best course I have ever stepped ground on.

Farmlinks is the best deal in the southeast. Awesome course, great condition, and you can play all day/eat all day for around $100. Just a cool, cool place. They even have cottages you can stay in for a two day golf trip.

I don't know about BEST deal....very nice place for sure. The trail has some bang up deals...you can play Greenville RTJ in the fall for $45 all day! Three great nines down there...I'm in Prattville. Limestone is doing a sweet memorial day special this weekend...I think $80 for two rounds and lunch!

Live the da BHAM and Farmlinks and Limestone are the best publics around -- bar none!

Farmlinks is always in fantastic shape. RTJ courses are nice too, but not like Farmlinks. If you play 36, it's a great deal. 18, not so much. If I only have time for 18, I'd rather save $50 and play a RTJ course. (excluding Ross Bridge, which is higher)

I didn't inquire, but it appeared that FarmLinks has some type of twilight deal going on, because there were a few groups going off around 5:15 when we finished our second 18.

I have heard nothing but great things about Farmlinks. A good friend did the 2.5 hour drive to go down and play. He said that course was immaculate. He also mentioned that he got 45 holes in and could have gotten in 54 if it had not rained. Apparently it poured two different times and he never noticed one puddle of standing water. We are currently planning a golf trip down there for late this summer.

Yea, thats true...Farmlinks drains better than any other track that i have ever played....its remarkable...

We have played Farm Links several times on our trip to the Masters practice rounds. Always in great shape and the staff is always helpful. The cabins they have there are top notch and to play and stay there is really a treat. Practice chipping green behind your cabin, huge showers, and hi-def tvs makes it a great destination.

Fantastic golf facility! We took a foursome down to Farmlinks for an overnighter this past year and I was blown away. The cabins, practice facilities, food,staff and the golf course were all fantastic. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Pursell during our trip and she is a very sweet lady. I guess owning a 2800 acre farm with a golf course on it makes you rather chipper...lol. I found it very interesting that Farmlinks is an R&D golf course and is sponsored by Toro, Club Car and BASF chemical division. The course is driver friendly and the greens were very quick. I can't wait to go back this summer...maybe for a three day weekend...
