My Mac classics from the loft.

Mac Jumbo LFF, CF4000s SS2 Tommy Armour etc
Hi Guys
I saw some similar clubs on this site and thanks to you I now know that my set of Tommy Armour SF4000 SS2 irons are about 1959.
So I popped up to the loft to dig them out, here are some pics.
The irons 2 to 9 have been refurbed and re shafted along the way but still long nice, the 2 iron is so thin and tiny, yet we played, this was my bag in the 80s and early 90s.
I was one of the last to switch to metal woods, made more difficult when you consider the Mac Eye-o-matic LFF Jumbo and the nice Tommy Armour Velocitized 4 wood, both refurbed too.
The wedge is a dual grind model that saw a lot of action.
I may put these up for sale soon, but real nice to see them again.
Hope you like, any comments or info gratefully rec'd.
JJ

I love the LFF, especially what "LFF" stands for. I would love to see the face of that driver. The woods and irons look terrific.

Yep, it does stand for "Let the F****r Fly". :D

I love the sense of humor the old pros and big companies had back then before the PC era thwarted this humor.

Just to be more exact, the irons are FC4000s, which stood for Flame Ceramic, and 4000 degrees was the temperature needed to fuse the black ceramic to the club face. These clubs are my favorites...really...but they are so light compared to most except for my Penna Sand Wedge (also FC4000) which is fairly heavy. Now, can anyone tell me what M19 stands for as it is stamped on the irons? I wouldn't be surprised to discover they are womens clubs!
