Building/repairing/reshafting clubs- how?

I'd like to learn how- anyone know where I can learn?

Title says it all. I'm looking to start a small club shop in my garage to get some money, but primarily to be able to tweak my own clubs without paying a lot for someone to do it for me. Does anyone know where I can learn to do this? (website, book, etc...) :drinks:

Check out the Golfsmith Website under the "Clubmaking" tab. They have a good selection of books and videos. Also, they have a great clubmaker's forum to ask questions. Another website to find materials would be Golfworks. Building and repairing clubs is a lot of fun. To make money at it, you really have to devote a fair amount of time. I do all of my own repair work (reshafting, gripping, some assembly, etc) and a little on the side for other guys in my club, but by no means could I depend on it as income.

I'm not really looking at it to make money, I'm looking at it to save money for me, since I find so many bargains on ebay for component heads and pull out shafts and stuff, and I'm about to make a bid, but then I realize that by the time I buy it, ship it, pay someone to do it for me, I barely save anything.
