$60 is the minimum/standard at Westchseter CC. You should expect ~$50 probably.

It really depends on what club you go to, things vary widely.

The club I caddy at is in immaculate condition, beautiful layout, etc.

The staff is fairly laid back and the rate is 35+ tip but I usually make 100 for a double, sometimes 90 sometimes a lot more.

The key is really to find good people that work there and a nice membership......don't want to have members that are too stuffy...trust me.

i've been at the same private course for over 30 years.......C 25+tip......B 35+tip.......A 45+tip....Honor 55+tip........usually carry doubles and make between 140-150....there are other courses within 40 miles that pay 80+ , but with the cost of gas and wear and tear its really not worth it...best loop ever......doubles 350

Why do you make more per bag for a double than a single?

I loop at Minneapolis golf club
B caddy -15$ a bag and suggested 15$ tip
A caddy -20$ a bag and suggested 20$ tip
Honor caddy -25$ a bag and suggested tip of 25 but members tip you around 30-35$
As an honor you have the ability to choose who you go out for . There is one guy who tips well to poor caddies( not good at cladding and stiffs the honors and here uses no headcovers and when you put towels around them here takes them off and chicks them ... It's a long 4 hours of clank clank clank .)
But I must add I would rather work for a little less and a nice guy and more money and an a$$hole

No gens really the club gets no money besides the members satisfaction . The tip goes above and beyond for the caddy based on how they did but you have to pay them a minimum which is the "fee"

If asked to help read a putt and it goes the opposite from what you said. That is not good.
If asked what to hit on a lay up and then question your answer and then follow you advice and hit it through the fairway into a hazard. That is not good.

I played my first round with a caddie this year at Hudson National Golf Cub in NY. What a place. It was $100 a guy.

I am a caddie at Hazeltine National. Personally I think it depends on how much the golfer wants to give you for how well you do. If you are a good caddie you will get more. I have a friend who is a good caddie and double bags and makes at least 125 if not 150. But you can have a c caddie get 35 for a single when they start. But I think it depends on how much the golfer wants to reward you as the caddie

It all depends on the country club, the golfer, and your performance. Generally the higher end country clubs pay better. Also, some golfers pay better than other and if you do well you will get paid more. At the country club i caddy for, there is a ranking system (B, A, AA, and Honors). I am an A caddy in my first year and i make about 35-40 give or take.
